Shipping
We currently only ship in the U.S.A. There is a $8 shipping fee. Taxes are also added at checkout. Please allow 9 - 27 business days to receive your packaged order. All orders are processed on the following Tuesday and Wednesday. Once, i.e., WE LLC reaches the next stage, more shipping options will be available. Thanks for your patience as this is a start-up small business.
We do our best to make sure that we carefully package each order for shipping. If your order is received damaged due to improper packaging, please notify us for a refund or reshipment of items. If the order is received damaged due to carrier mishandling, please notify us. Please double check billing and mailing addresses and the shipping selection before submitting order. If there are any errors, please email shop@iewellc.com. Please include order number and date in the Subject line.
i.e., WE LLC will honor a refund of 100% for new and unused products within a 21-day period. For used and opened items that are returned within the 21-day period, we will refund 60% of the purchase price. Sale and Discontinued items are not eligible for returns; these specific items are final once the purchase is completed. For customers sending in returns in the mail, please securely products in the parcel and include the order information/receipt. Please notify i.e., WE LLC of the return shipment by emailing shop@iewellc.com. Please include “Return Shipment”, order number and date in the Subject line, as well as tracking information and number in the email. Customers mailing returns are responsible for shipping fees. Currently, we do not offer store credit or exchanges. Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days upon receipt. Please carefully package the return items, if the items are received damaged due to improper packaging; we will refund 50% of the return items’ purchase price.
